Member Service Representative
Provides telephone customer service assistance to members seeking general information; directs callers to appropriate association staff. Responds to email/fax inquiries about NAIFA and its programs and products from associations and individuals. Promotes NAIFA membership and products to members, prospects and non-members. Processes department mail. Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in an association environment. Must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and be knowledgeable in MS Office.
Assistant Director-Membership Marketing
Will assist Director in all aspects of NAIFA’s membership recruitment and retention programs; manage production of dues billing and membership cards; and assist in management of National Membership Committee. Coordinate member acquisition campaigns; write and edit copy for marketing materials. Manage annual recognition and awards programs including annual state/local membership award achievers, annual member recruiter program, anniversary program and manager’s membership award. College degree and 2-4 years of related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, strong organizational and planning skills, and thorough knowledge of MS Office required.
