NAIFA Launches New Insurance Regulatory Reform Website
Shaping and implementing legislation and regulation at the state level is one of NAIFA's key functions. NAIFA's state associations work closely with NAIFA's national law department to positively impact state legislation and regulation by developing lobbying strategies, commenting on key issues, implementing uniform policies, and participating in litigation. Our many successes have hinged on NAIFA's favorable relationships with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) and the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL).
