Moderator Application
Thank you for your interest in serving as a LILI moderator. Moderating can be an incredibly rewarding experience that also requires a significant commitment of time and energy. To review moderator eligibility requirements and selection criteria, click here. The deadline to submit the application and supporting documents is June 30.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Application
Completed and submitted online by moderator applicant. Be sure to save your application after submitting it. Send a copy to your State Executive and State President OR State President-elect (see Instructions 2-3).
- Endorsement
Completed and submitted online by the State Executive. The moderator applicant is responsible for forwarding to the State Executive a copy of his/her completed application along with a link to the online Moderator Endorsement form.
- Recommendation
Completed and submitted online by the State President OR State President-elect. The moderator applicant is responsible for forwarding to the State President OR State President-elect a copy of his/her completed application and link to the online Recommendation form.
The deadline to submit the moderator application and supporting documents is June 30.
