Proposal to Make Local Membership Optional Withdrawn

Greetings, fellow NAIFA member:
I wanted to let you know that your NAIFA Board of Trustees voted unanimously on Friday to withdraw its earlier proposal to make membership in a local NAIFA association optional. The proposal, part of the "NAIFA in the 21st Century" strategic plan, was taken off the table based on the feedback received from the across the federation.
A more detailed update on the NAIFA 21 plan is forthcoming.
