NAIFA, LIFE, ACLI Respond to the Wall Street Journal
April 12 article overlooks factors to consider when purchasing life insurance
April 13, 2006 – NAIFA, the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education (LIFE), and the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) wrote to the Wall Street Journal thanking the newspaper for its article, "Determining How Much Life Insurance You Need" and recognizing the importance of life insurance in providing financial security. But in its assessment of permanent life insurance, the article overlooked three important considerations.
