AUSTIN, TX (March 27, 2011) — NAIFA President Terry K. Headley delivered testimony March 27 at the 2011 Spring National Meeting of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners on how unintended consequences of the 2010 health care law are harming insurance advisors and consumers.
