David Smith is Vice President of Ebenconcepts Company, Inc., a Fayetteville, N.C. based consulting and employee benefits agency, with 37 offices in nine states. David is also licensed as a continuing education provider in seven states and the District of Columbia. He speaks throughout the country, mainly focusing on educating employers and agents, brokers and consultants on the impact of various state and federal laws on the purchase and regulation of employer-based health benefits.
